Who are your programs designed for?
Our executive training is built for directors, vice-presidents, C-suite officers, and senior managers who carry significant strategic responsibility. How long does a typical program last?
It depends on the format. Our intensive workshops run three to five days. One-on-one coaching engagements span twelve weeks. Team programs are usually structured across six to eight sessions over two months. We always tailor duration to the depth of change you are seeking.
Can programs be delivered at our offices?
Absolutely. Many of our corporate clients prefer on-site delivery because it reduces travel costs and allows us to observe your team in its natural environment. We bring all materials, facilitators, and technology. We serve organizations across Quebec and Ontario, and can arrange travel for engagements elsewhere in Canada.
What makes your approach different from an MBA program?
MBA programs teach broad business theory over one to two years. Our executive training is focused, applied, and designed for leaders who already have substantial experience.
